• Seller and acceptance

  THMS is operated by Theo Hackie, with its principal place of business in New Delhi, India. You contract with Theo Hackie when purchasing or using a THMS programme. By accessing the website, applying, enrolling or continuing to use a programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

• Programmes and enrolment

  THMS provides practical AI courses, workshops, business training and career development programmes. A place is confirmed only after any required application review and successful payment. Programme scope, format, schedule and included sessions are those shown at purchase. THMS may recommend a different track where it better suits the learner's stated goals.

• Prices and payments

  Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by PhonePe and are subject to its payment terms and availability. You must provide accurate billing information and authorise the amount shown at checkout. An enrolment is not complete if a payment is declined, reversed or cancelled.

• Rescheduling and refunds

  Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations may count as a delivered session. Refund requests are governed by the THMS Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Acceptable use

  You must not use THMS services unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malware; probe, disrupt or bypass security; scrape the service without permission; misrepresent your identity; or share access in a way that defeats programme or account limits.

• AI use and responsibility

  You are responsible for prompts, source material and your use of AI outputs, and must have rights to all content you submit. Do not use programmes to create illegal content, harmful deepfakes, hate or harassment, malware, or attempts to defeat safety controls. AI outputs may be inaccurate and must be independently checked, particularly before professional, financial, legal, medical or other high-impact use.

• Intellectual property

  THMS and its licensors retain ownership of the website, teaching methods, software, documentation, course materials, branding and other intellectual property. Your enrolment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use supplied materials for your own learning or the agreed internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer or remove ownership notices without written permission. You retain rights in content you submit and permit THMS to process it only to provide and protect the service.

• Availability and learning outcomes

  We aim to provide programmes with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, specific employment, income, business or certification outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Suspension and termination

  THMS may restrict, suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, infringement, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. On termination, your right to use THMS materials ends, while provisions intended to survive remain effective.

• Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, THMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or opportunity. THMS's aggregate liability relating to a programme will not exceed the fees you paid for that programme in the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

• Governing law and changes

  These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The revised terms apply from the date published and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
